This exclusive event connects individuals like you with nonprofit boards and volunteer opportunities. It’s a perfect chance to share your expertise, serve as a leader, and make a meaningful difference in the community.

During the event, nonprofit organizations rotate through a series of short conversations with prospective board members and volunteers. Each interaction allows participants to learn about the organization’s mission, needs, and opportunities for leadership. By the end of the event, attendees have connected with several organizations and can identify those that best align with their interests and expertise.Â

Event Sponsorship Information
We are always looking for event sponsorships. Sponsors help us keep the event free to board match attendees and participating nonprofits. Sponsorship costs help us cover the costs associated with event space rental, food and beverage at the event, and any other incidentals needed.Â

Sponsorship also provides an opportunity for companies and professional service providers to demonstrate their commitment to strengthening Colorado’s nonprofit community while connecting with nonprofit leaders and fellow community partners.

Community Events

Rocky Mountain Philanthropy Institute (RMPI) is AFP Colorado Chapter’s annual fall conference dedicated to bringing Colorado Fundraising Professionals and nonprofit leaders and learners together to grow, network, and rejuvenate. Â

The event will take place on September 18, at UCAR in Boulder and includes a keynote speaker and breakfast, multiple education sessions, a networking lunch, and happy hour.

Join Social Venture Partners Denver and the Colorado Impact Investment Network on August 25 from 4:00–7:00 p.m. for a hands-on workshop exploring how impact investing can generate both financial and social returns.
