Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated in April 2026.

Colorado Nonprofit Roundtable is committed to ensuring that our website and digital content are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that all people deserve equal access to information and services, and we work continuously to make our digital presence inclusive and welcoming.

We strive to meet or exceed the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Colorado Nonprofit Roundtable makes ongoing efforts to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We have conducted accessibility reviews and addressed identified issues, though some limitations remain due to the constraints of our platform..

What Web Accessibility Is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility Adjustments on this Site

Our website includes the following accessibility features:

Visual

  • Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality

  • Sufficient color contrast throughout all pages (minimum 4.5:1 ratio for normal text)

  • Content does not rely on color alone to convey information

  • No content flashes more than three times per second

Navigation

  • All functionality is accessible via keyboard

  • A visible focus indicator is provided for keyboard users

  • Skip navigation links allow users to bypass repeated content

  • Pages have descriptive and meaningful titles

Content

  • All images have meaningful alternative text

  • Videos include captions and audio descriptions where applicable

  • Form fields have clearly associated labels

  • Error messages are descriptive and helpful

  • Documents are provided in accessible formats where possible

Technical Specifications

This website is built and hosted on the Wix platform, which is committed to meeting web accessibility standards. Wix works to ensure its infrastructure and components conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements.

Our site is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • Screen readers (including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver)

  • Keyboard-only navigation

  • Browser zoom and text resizing tools

  • High contrast display modes

We recommend using an up-to-date browser for the best accessibility experience.

Known Limitations

This website is built on the Wix Harmony platform. While we have worked to maximize accessibility within the platform's capabilities, some limitations exist that are outside our direct control:

  • Screen reader text flow — Wix Harmony renders some text elements as separate DOM blocks, which may cause screen readers to pause between sentences. Users can continue reading by pressing the down arrow key.

  • Skip navigation link — The skip to main content link may be announced as a URL by some screen readers at page load. This is a platform-level behavior.

  • Footer navigation — The footer navigation menu may not be announced as a landmark by some screen readers when using arrow key navigation, though all links remain accessible via the Tab key.
